Private event travel, clearly explained.
For private, non-corporate events more than 140 driving miles from Bakersfield AND requiring an overnight stay, a $500 charge applies per required overnight night. Distance alone does not trigger this fee. Mileage and overnight requirements are reviewed with your proposal. Corporate and convention travel is quoted individually.
Corporate activations and venue pilots.
Corporate, convention and multi-robot requests receive a custom proposal. Venue partnerships are scoped separately around the pilot, operating responsibilities and commercial model. No online inquiry creates a reservation.
